The Bryer Patch is a 4th generation family-owned produce and flower u-pick at The Boyd Farm located in Newberry, Florida. Below you will find details on each of our fun, family-friendly spring festivals. Enjoy crop mazes, u-pick flowers, games, farm activities, and wonderful photo opportunities throughout the farm. Strawberry Festival

The Bryer Patch strawberry season begins in January each year and ends late March/early April. We invite your family and friends to gather some mouth-watering strawberries during the peak of the season! Join us for our Strawberry Festival in March!

MARCH 23 (ONE DAY ONLY)

Sunflower Festival

The Bryer Patch’s most popular events of the year always include our beautiful sunflowers. So much that we now have two sunflower festivals each year, April and November. Enjoy our sunflower fields, u-pick flowers, hayrides, live music, farm activies, photo opportunities, and so much more!

APRIL 20 & 21

Dog Day’s at The Patch

Bring your furry four-legged friend and join us for our first ever Dog Day's at The Patch! Our spring flowers will be beautiful and in full bloom. We have a lot of guests who wish to bring their dogs to our farm, so we decided to designate a weekend just for that!

  • $10/per person. 2 & under are free. Dogs are free. Military discount available.

  • Admission includes access to our sunflower, wildflower, zinnia, & cosmo fields, photo ops, concessions & picnic area.

  • Our play paddock will be open, but we will not have any additional farm activities open.

APRIL 27 & 28

*Please read this important information if you plan to attend this event with your dog. *

  • April 27 & 28, 2024 are the only days dogs are allowed on The Bryer Patch property. Pets are only permitted at the patch during this event.

  • Every individual will be required to sign a waiver for themselves and their dog upon arrival.-Dogs MUST be kept on a leash and kept under control at all times.

  • Dogs that exhibit aggressive behavior will be required to leave.

  • Please do NOT bring your dog if they have a history of aggressive behavior.

  • Owners must arrive with waste bags and pick up and dispose of their dog’s waste.

  • We accept card and cash.

  • We are a farm so be prepared for uneven terrain, sun, dirt, bugs, etc.

  • Closed toe shoes highly recommended.

Mother’s Day Festival

Visit us for Mother’s Day at The Patch in May where you can pick from our fields of Sunflowers, Zinnias, and Wildflowers. This is a unique experience you can share with our mothers, grandmother, and family. There are always plenty of photo opportunities, hayrides, and more!
